Material: cast clear acrylic, 1/8″ or 1/4″ thick, printed on the second surface (the back) with UV inks and a white layer so colors stay solid.

Your file: exact sign size, 150 PPI or more at full size, because people read acrylic signs up close. Keep text 1.5″ from the corners if you add standoffs.

Clear areas: tell us in the order notes if you want parts of the design to stay transparent.

Questions

Why is it printed on the back?

Printing on the back side leaves the smooth acrylic in front, so the sign looks like glass and the ink is protected from scratches.

1/8″ or 1/4″?

1/8″ works well for small signs. 1/4″ feels more solid and shows a deeper edge, ideal for lobby and reception signs.

What are standoffs?

Stainless steel spacers that hold the sign about 3/4″ away from the wall. They give a premium floating look and include the hardware.

Can I keep parts of the sign clear?

Yes. Leave those areas transparent in your file, or tell us in the order notes, and we confirm it in your proof.

How fast will it ship?

Production takes about 3 business days, then ground shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. You see the estimated arrival date before you order.

Do I get to see a proof?

Every order gets a free file check. Ask for a PDF proof and we wait for your approval before printing.
