Your file: exact sign size, 100 PPI or more at full size. Keep text 1″ from the edges and away from drilled holes.

Will aluminum rust?
No. Aluminum does not rust, and the printed coating resists fading, so the sign stays readable outdoors for years.
Which thickness should I choose?
0.040″ works for indoor and wall signs. 0.060″ is the common outdoor choice. Pick 0.080″ for street, parking and post-mounted signs that face wind.
Can I order any size?
Yes. Type your exact width and height in inches or feet, from 4″ up to 48″ × 96″. We price it from the next standard panel and cut it to your exact size.
How do I mount it?
Add drilled holes for screws, zip ties or a post. Standoffs give a floating look on walls, and command strips or easel backs need no tools.

How fast will it ship?
Production takes about 3 business days, then ground shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. Signs longer than 48″ ship in an oversized box.
