Material: aluminum composite panel, 1/8″ (0.125″) or 1/4″ (0.25″) thick, white or brushed silver face, printed with UV-cured inks.

Weight: about 0.77 lb per sq ft at 1/8″ and 1.53 lb per sq ft at 1/4″.

Your file: exact sign size, 100 PPI or more at full size. Keep text 1″ from the edges and away from drilled holes.

Care: wipe with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive pads and strong solvents.

What is Dibond?

Dibond is a brand of aluminum composite material (ACM): two thin aluminum sheets bonded to a solid polyethylene core. It is rigid, light, flat and weatherproof.

Is it waterproof?

Yes. The aluminum skins and plastic core do not absorb water, and the UV inks resist fading, so Dibond signs work outdoors.

Can I order any size?

Yes. Type your exact width and height in inches or feet, from 4″ up to 48″ × 96″. We price it from the next standard panel and cut it to your exact size.

How do I mount it?

Add drilled holes for screws, zip ties or a post. Standoffs give a floating look on walls, and command strips or easel backs need no tools.

How fast will it ship?

Production takes about 3 business days, then ground shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. Signs longer than 48″ ship in an oversized box.
