Material: 2 mil adhesive cut vinyl with 3M premask, so each letter keeps its spacing during install.
Your file: vector PDF, AI or EPS works best. Simple, bold fonts cut cleanest; lines thinner than 1/8″ are hard to apply.
Surfaces: clean, smooth paint, glass and metal. Ask us about inside-glass (reverse) lettering.

What is cut vinyl lettering?
Each letter is cut from solid-color vinyl, so there is no background. It looks painted on.
How do I apply it?
Clean the surface, peel the backing, place the premasked lettering, squeegee it down and peel the top mask away.
Can I use it for DOT numbers?
Yes. Cut lettering is the standard for truck DOT and company numbers.
Is it car-wash safe?
Yes, once applied. Wait 48 hours before washing and avoid high-pressure jets on the edges.
How fast will it ship?
Production takes about 3 business days, then ground shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. You see the estimated arrival date before you order.
Do I get to see a proof?
